Designed for beginning practitioners, this session will provide the basic information needed to get started with service learning.
Advanced Service Learning - Student Preparation and Reflection in the Service-Learning Experience.
Designed for more experienced practitioners, this session will take an in-depth look at student preparation and reflection and provide participants with practical information and tools for deepening their practice.
Beyond Traditional Delivery - Service Learning in Distance Education.
Discover how service learning can increase student engagement in on-line courses and trainings. This session will provide participants with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully build service learning into on-line courses.

Assessing Student Learning in Service Learning Projects
Designed for the beginning practitioner, this session will provide participants with practical information and tools for assessing student learning in a service learning course or project.
Evaluating the Community Impact of Service Learning Projects
Designed for the more experienced practitioner, this session will examine how to ensure that service learning partnerships are truly reciprocal, and how to determine if a project is having the desired impact in the community.

Designed for more advanced practitioners, this session will demonstrate how to move community partnerships to the next level.
College/Extension Collaborations (Karen Casey & Cyndi Mark)
This session will include a critical analysis of the featured campus-extension service learning collaborations at Michigan State University.

Help chart the course for future UWC-UWEX service learning collaborations.
